DuPage County boosts animal shelter grant tenfold to $550,000
The DuPage County Finance Committee approved a $500,000 increase in DuPage Animal Friends funding, raising the shelter's unrestricted grant from $50,000 to $550,000, at its Aug. 11 meeting.
