Park board president recommended bandshell vote, then voted no
Elmhurst Park District Board President Kevin Graf co-signed a memo recommending an advisory referendum on the Wilder Park bandshell location, then voted against it at the Aug. 10 meeting, calling his recommendation purely procedural. The 5-2 rejection leaves nearly 1,200 petition signers with no ballot recourse.
